Mike Lynch says the moon and Jupiter won’t be quite as close Wednesday night but will still be a nice sight. Jupiter will be a little to the upper right of the full moon.
Jupiter is by far the brightest star-like object in that part of the sky. Even with a good pair of binoculars you can see up to four tiny little “stars” either side of the disc of the planet, which are the planet’s largest moons.
Jupiter’s so big that if it were a hollow sphere it could hold over 1,200 Earths!
